Meet Apple’s New iOS 10 With Various Improvements


Latest big announcement made by Apple is its new operating system iOS 10 for smartphones and tablets. iOS 10 has main focus on user experience. Apple made a milestone in its operating systems. iOS 10 has a lot of improvements.

For the first time, Apple changed its lock screen design. When you pick up your iPhone the new iOS 10 lock screen will show you latest messages and some live updates by other applications. There is a new camera shortcut you just have to swipe through the right edge of the screen and camera will open. Force press is also a new feature introduced in iOS 10’s UI. Force press on any application and it will show your progress with that application.

Apple has put its Virtual assistant Siri to the third party developers. It means that Apple is opening its users to use third party application with Apple’s Siri supported.

While typing in search bar, Apple has introduced deep learning feature which will give more accurate suggestions. Multilingual typing feature is also available. Photo apps have face recognition feature. Your photo app will automatically group together for your favorite people.

You can hide long or short messages and emojis with invisible ink feature. Apple Music app is supporting song lyrics and it will also make playlist on daily basis after learning which songs you mostly listen. There are also some changes in Apple’s UI to use Apple news for subscription. Home is new app for things like controlling lights, air conditioners, door locks and more.

Apple’s iOS 10 is announced today. It will take some time when it will be available for all of iOS users. Beta version will be available in July along with Apple’s new MacOS Sierra. Bad news is that it does not support Apple’s A5 chipset which means there is no iOS 10 for iPhone 4s, iPad mini, fifth generation iPod Touch and third generation iPad.
