It has been some time since Nokia has had some buzz in the market. Nokia has had a tremendous fall over the years. Nokia tried to make a comeback with Microsoft’s Mobile OS and yet that didn’t go well. Rumors from last year speculated the Finnish company to be releasing a whole new revamped smartphone, this time, running Android. Since then, nothing much has been heard in the Nokia world.
Recently, some more leaks were revealed, these leaks revealed Nokia’s latest smartphone in real life. According to GizmoChina, the Finnish company is making a mega comeback with two display sizes, a 5.2-inch, and a 5.5-inch smartphone. Moreover, both of these smartphones will rock 2k displays and will come running Nokia’s own Z-Launcher which they revealed last year by launching it on Android. Both models with be running the latest version of Android, Android 7.0 Nougat.
On the hardware side, we’d be looking at the phone running on a Snapdragon 820 processor, 22.6MP rear camera, and an all metal body for a price tag of around $499 (via) Moreover, both of these smartphones will by IP68 Certified, making them dust-proof and water-proof.
However, no words have been given regarding the RAM capacity yet. Though, by judging the specs of the current flagships, we could expect the RAM capacity to sit in-between of 4-6GB.
It could seem like Nokia might be late by launching their smartphone with a Snapdragon 820. But nonetheless, it’s still going to be a flagship-worthy smartphone.
