Before, he said that the new iPhone will hit the retail stores on September 16, 2016. Now, he confirms that the pre-orders of the iPhone 7 start on September 9, 2016. 

The iPhone 7 will have a renewed design and powerful specifications. The device is likely to run the full version of the iOS 10, which is in beta stage currently. There are many reports going around saying that the iPhone 7 may not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. And some headphones with a lightning connector also got spotted on the internet, so the iPhone 7 may not have a 3.5mm headphone jack.
