Microsoft announced the Xbox Scorpio at the E3 conference last year. According to Microsoft, the Xbox Scorpio is going to be the most powerful console ever made, with power to play games at true 4K resolution. Microsoft will reveal a lot more information on the Xbox Scorpio at their conference at E3 2017 next month. Xbox Scorpio’s release date will probably get announced too, at E3 2017.
Microsoft’s E3 2017 briefing is on June 11, 2017, at 14:00 PT/22:00 BST/17:00 ET. Judging from previous console releases, the Xbox Scorpio will probably launch in late 2017, sometime between November and December.

Can’t wait for the Scorpio! I have I large and ever growing backlog of games that I’m hoping will look better on the Scorpio when it’s released. It’s a great time to be a gamer!
You not the only one buddy!
I’ve definitely held some GEMS back on purpose for SCORPIO
Can’t wait. No more edgies lines.
I still think it would be a wise business move for MS to lead off the fall games rush with the Scorpio and to have it release in September before destiny 2 comes out. If they wait till later in November they could lose potential day one and early buyers if there isnt much more games to come out in the year which if it’s like Nov 20th it only leaves a couple new games since December isn’t usually a big release month. Obviously since its called Scorpio it implies that it will come out during the Scorpio dates which is like mid October to mid November but I still think they could surprise us at e3 if it’s ready that is. It has to beat red dead 2 though, that’s a must.
They didn’t make Scorpio for everyday people…. It’s made towards the people who know what they are getting. Which is a small user base. I am getting one definitely.
Welp, turns out the reality didn’t match a year of overhype. Never mind, eh Phil? Better luck next time!
