Samsung Twitter Is Under Rage In India Over Famous Actor’s Defective Note 7

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 is truly one of the biggest losses for the company. Following the global recall of the Note 7s, Samsung hasn’t fixed the problems yet even with the replacements of the Note 7 devices. While Samsung urges as many users to replace their Note 7s, Mr Amitabh Bachchan took it to Twitter to complain about the Note 7.

Frustratingly, Mr Amitabh Bachchan complained about 60% charge limit on his Note 7, he tweeted:

After that, Samsung assured to offer a short replacement to Mr Amitabh, which incited the rage.

Users complained about Samsung not replying to their ordinary consumers and replied to a popular celebrity. Users even said they though the the Samsung India Twitter account was fake.

With what Samsung is facing at this moment, I understand how hard it is to handle so many customers and tweets. With a celebrity complaining they just had to reply. While the moves from Samsung aren’t the best, they had to defend their brand and I don’t think they did something wrong.
