Samsung is shipping out the Note 7 Return Kits to customers who have contacted Samsung about the return of their Galaxy Note 7 smartphone. The Note 7 Return kit is a big example of the steps Samsung is taking for the safety of their customers. And yes, Samsung also sends an apology message with the Return Kit.
This Return Kit consists of detailed instructions, an apology message for the customer, safety gloves and a thermally insulated box along with a couple of other boxes. The box also has a message saying “MUST SHIP GROUND, NO AIR”. This means that you cannot ship your Note 7 to Samsung via an airplane.
Here’s what the apology message reads:
“Thank you for contacting Samsung regarding the return of your recalled Galaxy Note7 device.
Safety is always our highest priority. We realize that we did not meet the standards of excellence that you expect and deserve with the Note7. For that, we sincerely apologize.”
