Samsung Becomes Microsoft’s Official 4K TV Partner For The Xbox One

Samsung is one of the best display manufacturers in the world. With both Sony and Microsoft making their shift into 4K, both companies are putting in their all to allow gamers to experience how far they could push 4K.

Microsoft recently announced that they have partnered with Samsung to become their official 4K TV partner. And with Samsung being very well-known for making some of the best QLED, OLED, AMOLED displays on the planet, there’s no wonder Microsoft appointed them. Of course with Sony also dominating quite a slice from the TV market, Sony has both, their consoles and TVs in place. Samsung calls their TVs the perfect combination for the Xbox One and is looking forward to the future. Vice President of Marketing for Samsung Electronics America, Eddie Combs said:

“The arrival of true 4K UHD gameplay on the Xbox One X this Fall gives gamers the perfect reason to upgrade their television”

He further added:

“If gamers are looking for a TV that delivers premium 4K HDR picture quality with industry leading design and smart functionality, then the QLED TV and Xbox One X are an unbeatable 4K gaming combination.”

While QLED isn’t the first thing many gamers would choose due to its price especially with 4K and HDR, Samsung’s line of TVs should be amazing with the Xbox One X and Xbox One S.
