Alleged Images of Xiaomi’s Mi 7 Appear Online, Suggests $440 Price Tag

Xiaomi’s dominance over the smartphone market may be slowing down, but the company isn’t losing any of its confidence and enthusiasm for the smartphone market. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is yet to reveal its core flagship device, the Mi 7.

It has been a year since Xiaomi first introduced the Mi 6. Xiaomi’s excellent comback after tripping with the Mi 5 was very well received by consumers and reviewers alike.

As expected, we could pretty much speculate what the Mi7 may pack in its glass-sandwiched shell. We suspect to see Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 845 SoC, 4/6GB of RAM, upto 128GB of internal storage and an 18:9 2160 x 1080 5.7-inch FHD+ display. But hey, thats just me splashing water out of a bucket into the blues isn’t it. But most Xiaomi fanboys may agree that the Mi 7 may be in close proximity of what we speculated above.

What we have today is a leak that made its way onto Twitter that showcases the Mi 7 for sale on a website. Although it looks super fishy, the leakster also suggests that the Mi 7 would launch with an MSRP of ¥2799 ( US $439 ) in China.

The leakster also touted that the device would be revealed on the 23rd of May which is basically around the corner.

The fishy screens also showcase was seems to be a dilemma-enabled notch with the exclusion of a headphone jack. Sigh… Xiaomi’s decisions lately aren’t the best.

If this ends up being the Mi7 I would be simply l9oking forward to the camera experience since Xiaomi needs to start working on it for a while. Anyways, since this is a leak and that we can’t guarantee the authenticity of this leak, take this leak with a grain of salt.
