Xiaomi’s definitely an Android enthusiast’s favorite brand for many. The company’s expected to announced the successor to their Mi MiX 2S later this year.
The Xiaomi MiX 3 is said to catch up with Oppo’s and Vivo’s offerings thanks to a bezel-free frame. The Xiaomi Mi MiX 3 has so far leaked in black only. However, another leak showcased what the device would look like in pristine white. As usual, the Xiaomi Mi MiX 3 would pack the latest and greatest hardware offered by most OEMs. The spec sheet isn’t hard to predict. Our telekinesis senses tell us that we should be looking out for the Mi MiX 3 to pack a Snapdragon 845 SoC, upto 8 Gigabytes of RAM, upto 128 Gigabytes of internal storage, as well as a 6-‘inch display.
Thanks to the excellent optimizations and moves Xiaomi has made with the launch of MIUI 10, we should expect Xiaomi to be on top of the game in terms of user experience for its devices. With the launch of MIUI 10, Xiaomi launched a number of gestures that were applicable to Xiaomi’s Mi MiX lineup of devices that were quite ‘iPhone-like’. Of course, with Xiaomi’s fan-base usually loving these inclusions, we could expect users to love the inclusion of these gestures.
Since the Mi 8 is already out in the wild featuring a notch, I would suppose that Xiaomi may have something in store for this launch allowing the phone to differentiate itself from the Mi 8 and Mi 8 Explorer edition.
