The developers over at Fortnite have to be applauded for their excellent attention over their player base. Recently, they’ve announced some news regarding the removal of the ATK and shopping cart from Fortnite. Both, the ATK and shopping carts were very well-received by players. The shopping cart made its first debut back in update v4.3. While the ATK has been with us since the inception of Season 5.
Since both, the ATK and shopping cart played major roles in transporting players faster to their intended destination, more than a few players decided to take advantage of the numerous bugs these two transport means carried with them.
The folks over at Epic didn’t go into detail why they are intending to remove the two items. However, they’ve said that they would be adding the two back into the game once they’re done fixing the bugs that these wheels encounter. Since this is the second time Epic has decided to pull back the shopping cart, it leads to me to wonder what had they fixed with the previous update when they re-added the shopping cart.
At this point, there’s no ETA on when Epic Games plans to re-add these two vehicles, but it seems like it should take less than a week given how active the Fortnite team is.
