The South Korean company has been teasing the Note 9 for more than a while now. Set to be officially unveiled at the Unpacked event next week, some editor at Samsung has managed to render the official teaser for the phone a bit earlier than anticipated as the trailer has made its way onto YouTube.
Now, we’ve been hearing a ton lot of rumors and leaks about the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 for a while now. Surprisingly enough, it seems like everything was legit. From the expected repositioned fingerprint scanner to the larger battery, its all here. This would be Samsung’s big deal. After all, Samsung did note that their Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus weren’t as successful as their last-gen models.
In terms of design, no one expects Samsung to bring some revolutionary changes to the table. Sure, its the Galaxy Note, but it seems like Samsung’s purposely holding back as they prepare for the release of the Samsung Galaxy S10 next year.
As soon as the leaked trailer started gaining traction, someone at Samsung didn’t learn their lesson. After all, the Samsung Galaxy S9 trailer also dropped a few days before its official debut.
Regarding internals, we aren’t expecting much of an upgrade there too. We should be expecting a spec sheet that resembles that of the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus with the exception of the larger storage options. You usual Snapdragon 845 SoC, 6GB RAM, upto 512GB ROM and a copied design from the Note 8. At this point, we could pretty much confirm that with this year’s model, Samsung’s introducing a 128GB model and 512GB model that’s in line with their recent series of advertisements that released a week or two ago.
