Bandai Namco has yet again teased a decent amount of footage regarding Ace Combat 7. Ace Combat 7 is expected to release in January next month. As we near its release date, it seems like the folks over at Bandai Namco have polished the game more than ever.
The two minute gameplay above showcases how impressive the game is expected to run with the PlayStation VR. Given how much mature Sony’s ecosystem has become with the release of the PSVR and PlayStation 4 Pro, it seems like Bandai Namco could be confident in their optimizations given the slightly sluggish performance the standard PS4 offered last year.
With the PlayStation 4 Pro, we should be hoping for a stable 60 FPS virtual reality experience given how well the system has been performing in a number of titles. If they do manage to nail this, it would be impressive to see how well the game would be able to impress users, especially for those enthusiastic pilots.
The game is expected to launch on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on the 18th of January, 2019. However, the VR experience would be a PSVR exclusive and won’t come with VR support for PCs.
