Peyton Reed, the director of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, has unveiled some stunning concept art and announced that filming has come to an end.
Reed Shared a Twitter post stating that “principal photography on Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is now complete!” The filmmaker went on to explain that he can’t wait to show everyone what the crew has been up to, including a gorgeous piece of artwork picturing Evangeline Lilly’s figure poised on Ant Man’s helmet.

This isn’t the first instance Reed has matched a revelation regarding Quantumania’s filming process with an intriguing image in recent months. When filming started in July, Reed shared an image with the first day of primary photography that reminded the audience of the scary rabbit that Paul Rudd’s protagonist Scott Lang gave his daughter Cassie during the first Ant-man movie.
It begins.

While the actors and crew of Quantumania have been tight-lipped on the plot, Evangeline Lilly (Hope van Dyne) recently lauded the film’s writing during a discussion with Collider. “I was so stoked on the script. Jeff Loveness is our new writer for the film. And we’ve never worked with him before,” Evangeline Lilly said.
lily continued “I think he is phenomenal. I think he’s one of the best writers we’ve ever had. I think he’s got an incredible mastery of voice. So on the page, I could hear all the characters, and I knew that he’d kind of harnessed each person’s unique personality. I just think that it’s going to be special.”
“So on the page, I could hear all the characters, and I knew that he’d kind of harnessed each person’s unique personality. I just think that it’s going to be special. I think it’s going to be good. I think it has the chance to be the best one we’ve done yet.”
Despite Reed’s announcement that Quantumania is now complete for post-production, audiences will have to endure until July 2023 to see it in theaters.
