Now Enjoy Multiplatform Remaster in Persona 3 Portable. According to Nintendo Enthusiast, the same leaker who accurately predicted that Persona 4 Arena Ultimax remaster was on the way, has also indicated that a “multiplatform” remake of Persona 3 Portable is likely in the works. Persona 3 Portable might get a “multiplatform” remake.
Persona 3 Personal: Multiplatform And Remastered
We realize that Atlus isn’t done with Persona just quite yet – and we’re still celebrating the series’ 25th anniversary – but until it’s verified one way or the other, all we can do is dismiss it as a rumor and take it with a grain of salt.
If true, it will be good news for Persona fans. As obvious Shin Megami Tensei – Persona 3 Portable is an improved version of the original PlayStation 2 game. In 2009, it was initially published for the PlayStation Portable. It included a number of new features, including the possibility to play as a female protagonist.
More Excitements on the way
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, a 2D fighting game developed by Atlus and Arc System Works, has been formally revealed for the Nintendo Switch and a variety of other current platforms. While it may appear to be a bit of a surprise, Atlus is now commemorating the 25th anniversary of Persona. It has also hinted that seven project reveals are scheduled to commemorate this important occasion.
Persona 3 Portable is receiving a remaster
In a blog post which primarily comprised of “W”s to indicate the leaker’s “win,” “Zippo” concluded the article by saying, “Oh, and Persona 3 Portable is receiving a remaster.” Multiplatform”.

Right now, Zippo isn’t providing any additional evidence to back up their claim – nor does it specify what those multiplatform might be – but given that it comes on the heels of (accurate) news about Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, it’s certainly a credible rumor, if not quite an airtight one – especially given that Atlus is celebrating the game’s 25th anniversary. For the time being, all we can do is keep an eye on things.
Remastering the Expectations with Persona 3 Portable
Persona 3 Portable, which was first released on the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) a decade ago, is in desperate need of a multiplatform remake (particularly on Switch). This version of the game is unusual in that it allows you to play as a female protagonist, which affects the tale in tiny and surprising ways, and it also removes a lot of on-foot town exploring in favor of quick and simple menu selection.
Not all of the adjustments made to the game since the previous edition were universally appreciated, but they made sense on the PSP and would make comparable sense on the Switch. The greatest difference between Portable and the previous edition of the game, Persona 3 FES for PlayStation 2, is a full-fledged epilogue tale. It would be fantastic if a hypothetical Persona 3 Portable multiplatform remake included the FES final chapter.
