Scientists Ignoring DANGER Contacting Aliens Despite Stephen Hawking’s WARNING

Scientists have designed a message to be sent into deep space that is meant for aliens with an intelligent civilization. They hope it’ll get through, and they know just what information should go in there if we want our chance at answering back!

The original message was sent out into space on May 5th, 1974. It consisted of 1GB (gigabytes) that were arranged in 73 lines with 23 characters per line – kind of like an updated version of ultrasound pictures back then!

The transmission was in binary code–ones and zeroes. Once decoded, the message forms a visual graphic consisting of an instruction to find our solar system among many other things!

The scientists have designed a new message to improve upon the Arecibo transmission. The Beacon in Galaxy (BITG) contains more information about basic mathematics and science than its predecessor, but it’s still hoped that these concepts will be universally understood by life forms of at least similar intelligence as humans!

“What if instead of just sending one letter at a time, like in the 1974 Arecibo message or 1999/2003 Cosmic Call (which can take hours), we sent out hundreds? It would allow for a much faster communication,” said Matthew Chong from Cambridge University. His plan is to use artificial headers and footers made up by prime numbers–something is never done before.”

Jonathan Jiang is not just an award-winning scientist, but also the project lead for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). He told that this image depicts “a group of cosmic landmarks” which indicate where we are located within our own galaxy–the Milky Way!

Is there life on Mars? For decades, scientists have been trying to find out. But the question has Preoccupied humanity; only later did we manage an answer—and it’s not encouraging: so far as we know now (and according to some.), none of our probes into planet-wide intelligence have come back with any convincing evidence that reassures us about whether or nor these little guys exist anywhere but here at home!

Stephen Hawking’s WarningStephen Hawking

Stephen Hawking, one of the greatest physicists to have lived and an avid supporter of alien life in our universe said that if humans were ever able to contact aliens they would likely be enemies.

Efforts by various global governments over recent years suggest he may well have been right about this being a possibility we should prepare ourselves against!

Something really interesting happened in 2015 Hawking appeared at an event announcing the launch of a new project that will study radio waves in order to find out if any are artificial, and he looked pretty excited about it too.

stringent standards should be set for reaching out to aliens, according to the renowned scientist and author who believes that if we act like there’s no life beyond Earth then it will only encourage them not to contact our species.

“If you look at history, contact between humans and less intelligent organisms have often been disastrous from their point of view, and encounters between civilizations with advanced versus primitive technologies have gone badly for the less advanced,” he said.

According to cosmologist and author Stephen Hawking, aliens could be vastly more powerful than us. They may not see humans as any better or valued species on Earth because their understanding of values might differ from ours greatly.”

Stephen Hawking has a very interesting perspective on the topic of life elsewhere in our universe. He believes that if we are ever going to find it, then now would be an excellent time because there are so many potential worlds out here waiting for us!

In the 2016 online documentary series Stephen Hawking’s Favourite Places, he revisited this topic in reference to an exoplanet called Gliese 832 c which is considered by some scientists and astronauts alike as potentially habitable.

“One day we might receive a signal from a planet like Gliese 832 c, but we should be wary of answering back,” he said.

Jamilah Hah has always been fascinated by the idea of contacting aliens. She believes that there are many benefits to this, but she also knows it could lead us into an entirely new world of risks and dangers we’re not prepared for yet!

“Stephen Hawking’s quote is absolutely inspiring and my personal conclusion was that any species capable of understanding and interpreting our message will likely be equally if not more intelligent and wary of our existence,” she told.

“Thus, as long as contact is approached with a clear sign of peace, it can be assumed that the hopeful possibilities and discoveries that come alongside communication outweigh the risk.”

The scientists at The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope in China and SETI Institute’s Allen Telescope Array have published a draft report outlining the possible future transmission of their messages. This proposal hasn’t been broadcast yet but it could be soon!
