WE all have a fantasy world in our minds, which is filled with happiness and joy. but in reality, if we end up in such a fantasy world, will that world be filled with happiness as you dreamt of, no one can give a surety for that. Ryosuke Nakamura tried showing it visually by writing and directing an Anime called Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash which is released on January 11, 2016 and got an overwhelming success.
GRIMGAR OF FANTASY AND ASH SEASON 1:
The story follows a group of people who suddenly find themselves in a fantasy world and have no recollection of their previous life, there they struggle to survive and make a life for themselves as volunteer soldiers, following the standard isekai format. It has 12 episodes, and each episode shows that Each character has their own set of difficulties that they must encounter and conquer as they progress through this story. Overall it is a somewhat Dark Fantasy story and it is tragic at times.
It’s been nearly 6 years since the first season of Grimgar of fantasy and ash was released. So now people are expecting the second season of Grimgar to be released but there has been no peep or any official information about the second season. In general, there are a lot of expectations for this season as the first season was a great success, and a lot of pressure is added up on the whole Grimgar team to satisfy the audience’s expectations if it is to be released. The meaning of the word Grimgar is, that it is the name of the high fantasy location in Hai to Genso no Grimgar. It is the name of the landmass on which most of the series takes place.

The plot centers around the main characters discovering the reason for their journey into Grimgar. They can acquire answers while also becoming acquainted with the realm of Grimgar. The leader of them will die and the characters will work together to overcome the challenges, they have become more united and closer. overall this season, they demonstrate their inability to maintain their endurance in the new world. Even though there has been no official announcement of the upcoming Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash season, however, we expect every character to return if season 2 is scheduled to premiere. Also, we may expect to see some new main and side characters in the following season.
If there is someone who hasn’t watched Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash, just watch it today because it is worth spending your time. Grimgar is special because its story is very realistic, unlike the other RPG anime.
As I said earlier, the number of demands for the second season of Grimgar anime continues to rise, so we may expect the second season to launch sometime in 2022 to2023. Again it is not official but let’s hope to be released this year.
