After collapsing after a concert in Kolkata, popular playback singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, also known as KK, was brought to a private hospital in the city, where he was confirmed dead.
On Tuesday, popular Bollywood singer Krishnakumar Kunnath, often known as KK, died while performing live in Kolkata. He died while playing a live event at Nazrul Mancha in Kolkata, according to reports. He died of a heart attack shortly after the incident, according to reports.

After the show, the playback singer fell and was transferred to a private hospital in the city. According to hospital officials, he was “taken dead” to Kolkata’s CMRI Hospital at about 10 p.m.
“Singer Anupam Roy contacted me up and said he is hearing something horrible from the hospital,” Minister Arup Biswas stated of KK’s death. Then I got in touch with the hospital. He was said to have been brought dead. Then I went straight to the hospital.”
Pal, KK’s first album, was published in 1999. The singer-composer, whose full name was Krishnakumar Kunnath, concentrated on Bollywood rather than independent music at the time, scoring successes including Tadap Tadap (Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, 1999), Dus Bahane (Dus, 2005), and Tune Maari Entriyaan (Gunday, 2014).
He was born in Delhi and was well-known for his enthralling live performances. As recently as eight hours ago, his Instagram profile was posting updates from his show in Kolkata.
