Solo Leveling Anime Adaptation Officially Confirmed; Upcoming Version Is in Trend, Know the Details

Must Read

Solo Leveling

it is also translated as Only I Level Up, a South Korean web novel written by Chugong. It was serialized in Takao’s digital comic and fiction platform on July 25, 2016, and was later published by D&C Media under their Papyrus tag on November 4, 2016.

This is a highlight of a world where humans and hunters possess magical abilities and must battle deadly monsters to protect human existence. Sung Jinwoo finds himself in the struggle for survival.

Yoo Jinho is a Korean D-Rank Hunter. He is from an uber-rich family and later becomes the vice-chairman of Jinwoo’s guild after he manages to impress everyone and portray himself with his sense of loyalty and commitment. He also tends to dress up in very fancy and expensive armor which expresses a powerful aura around him throughout the series.

Go Gunhee was a Korean S-Rank Hunter and the Chairman of the Korean Hunters’ Association. He suffered from a variety of health problems due to his old age, preventing him from using his powers to their max limit, and was ultimately killed by the Monarchs.

Siddharth Bachchan is the strongest hunter in India and one of the five National Level Hunters, ranking 4th in the world. A shocker is that he never makes a physical appearance.

A webtoon adaptation has launched on March 4, 2018, and concluded its first season on March 19, 2020. Its first was released on September 26, 2019. The anime adaptation is created and produced based on a manga or novel series so the comparison is crucial and the representation of life and emotions is expected on a high scale.

According to the reports, Solo Leveling anime will probably release around March 2023 and it will be available to watch officially on Crunchyroll and Funimation.

In Japan, Solo Leveling launched on Kako japan’s webtoon and set a record of over 1 million readerships. It was also selected as the no.1 webtoon in Piccoma’s “Best of 2019”.

The webtoon has been published digitally in English by web novel. It is also published on tapas in English.

Gradually Jinwoo sets on a journey as he fights against all kinds of enemies, both man and monster, to discover the secrets of the dungeons and the true source of his powers.

A total of 24 Episodes are most likely to be released in the Solo Leveling season 1 anime, and Season 2 will consist of the remaining chapters from Solo Leveling Season 1.

D&C Media even released a Solo Leveling trailer which confirms that there will be an anime adaptation. The novel has since been licensed in English as well as by Web-novel under the title Only I Level Up. Stay tuned for more updates on the anime adaption with unexpected twists and much more.
