Westworld Season 4 Has a Coffee-themed Marketing Campaign on Hbo, Know What’s the Truth

When networks and shows become inventive, we enjoy it. With that in mind, we have to give HBO some credit today. Season 4 of Westworld is set to launch later this month, and they brought an additional dash of inventiveness to Austin’s ATX Television Festival.

Below are a series of photographs from the show’s Twitter account that show a fairly unique take on a coffee stand, one that is very much related to the performance from beginning to end. This festival will be utilised to not only provide additional information about the forthcoming season, but also to remind everyone of some of the season’s major themes. We believe there are a few hints in what you’re seeing here, and we’d like to share them with you.

One of the most common criticisms we’ve heard of HBO in recent weeks is that it hasn’t done anything to pique people’s interest in season 4. This was formerly considered one of their larger estates! Nonetheless, few people are discussing it at this time.

This is due in part to the extended absence, but it’s also due to a season 3 that was at times baffling and difficult for some fans to understand. We’re not sure if Season 4 will be able to remedy some of it, but we’re eager to immerse ourselves in everything once more. The ambition and breadth of the film will remain intact, as will the excellent cast.

The hoop-jumping can be difficult for the typical Westworld fan to keep track of, but the marketing is a carefully choreographed rollout, created in concert with the show’s producers to set the mood for what’s to come while avoiding any major spoilers.

Here’s a handy guide to everything Westworld’s viral marketing has revealed about the new season for casual fans who want in on the reveals — or just want to marvel at the depth of HBO’s puzzle-creation — here’s a handy guide to everything Westworld’s viral marketing has revealed about the new season for casual fans who want in on the reveals — or just want to marvel at the depth of HBO’s puzzle-creation.

Westworld’s web presence was updated during the show’s run in 2016, with new hints handed out episode by episode — so we’ll be updating this piece with all the leaks and surprises that come out in the weeks ahead.

The second season of Westworld launched on April 22nd, and HBO has taken use of the show’s puzzle-box sensibility to advertise it by concealing clues, Easter eggs, and sneak peaks amid a barrage of viral marketing. The network has produced trailers that link to hidden websites, websites that introduce new characters, Twitter messages that lead to secret posters that lead to further secret trailers in the last few months… Season 2’s promotion has been a maze of information, giving a drip-drip-drip of details while avoiding the trappings of standard TV marketing.
