Anyone who has played Final Fantasy XIV knows that the fashion game is the ultimate end game. The only limit is your imagination, with 15 slots to create your ideal style and hundreds of clothing items to pick from. However, a look can sometimes go awry, or what was previously stylish may no longer be. So, let’s work together to correct those Glamour gaffes.
In Final Fantasy XIV, how do you get rid of Glamour?
A player will require a Glamour Dispeller in their inventory to remove a Glamour. Select the item in your character sheet/inventory and then Cast Glamour, then Remove from the menu. After confirming that a Glamour Dispeller will be deployed, select Dispel.

What are the Glamours in Final Fantasy XIV?
Glamours are custom-made clothes that are projected over whatever armor you are wearing, for individuals who are new to the game or simply need a reminder. This means you won’t lose any item-level stats and will be able to look attractive while doing it! The Eorzea Collection has a ton of fan-made clothes, so have a look and see if there’s anything that catches your eye.
How do you unlock glamouring in Final Fantasy XIV?
To unlock glamouring in Final Fantasy XIV, you must first go hunting. Fortunately, your prey isn’t anything too frightening; it’s only orange juice for a particularly showy fashionista. However, before you go see the lady herself, you’ll need to have a few things in order. To be able to access the quests, you must be level 15 or higher.
Here’s where you can get glamours once you’ve leveled up:
- Visit Vesper Bay (Western Thanalan)
- Skyrim should be contacted.
- She’s leaning against a wall in the bay’s main square.
- Obtain the ‘If I Had a Glamour’ quest.
- Swyrgeim Blood Orange Juice will be requested of you. Folclind can be found selling this in the nearby inn.
- Swygeim will unlock glamouring if you give him the Blood Orange Juice.
