Produced by S.R. Prakashbabul, Kanam released on 9th September 2022 in the theatres! The movie will have an OTT release soon. The sci-fi thriller movie is directed by Shree Karthick. The film stars Sharwanand, Ritu Varma, and Amala Akkineni in the lead roles. It is one of the most anticipated movies in the Tamil Film Industry.
The majority of the sequences for the film were filmed in Chennai and Hyderabad, where filming for it began in August 2019. Production was put on hold for 8 months due to the Covid-19 epidemic, which was eventually over in November 2020.
