The majority of people consider their phone’s camera to be their best, if not their only choice. Therefore, when it comes time to upgrade, whether you’re switching from an Android device to an iPhone or the other way around, you’ll want to move some of your pictures. You will learn how to transfer pictures from Android to iPhone or iPhone to Android if you continue reading.
Transfer photos from iPhone to Android
The process of transferring photos from an iPhone to an Android is fairly straightforward. Again, if you only want to move a few pictures, you might be better off sending them via text or email. - On your iPhone, tap Send.
- Select the picture you want to transfer.
- Tap Send.
- On your Android, tap Receive.
- Scan the QR code or type the 6-digit code into your Android device.

Transfer photos from Android to iPhone
The process of transferring your photos from Android to iPhone need not be time-consuming or laborious; everything relies on the number of pictures you need to duplicate over.
If you only want to transfer a few photos, you can send them to yourself by email or text message; however, we do not recommend doing this for more than ten photos. You will need to use a computer or a cloud service as the intermediary between your two phones in order to transfer more photos than that.
