To fix this, first try changing the keyboard layout in your BIOS. If you’re stuck on the “Choose your keyboard layout” screen during the Windows 10 upgrade process, don’t worry – there are a few things you can try to fix the issue.

Use a different keyboard layout . If it doesn’t work so again start the computer & again upgrade it.You can do this by clicking on the “Change keyboard layout” link at the bottom of the screen.If neither of those solutions work, you may need to delete the “ei.cfg” file from your USB drive or DVD.

This file is located in the “Sources” folder on your media. Once you’ve deleted this file, try running the upgrade again. Another method to solve this issue is to use the Microsoft Fixit tool which will eventually change your keyboard layout.

If you’re still having trouble, you can try using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB drive or DVD and use that to upgrade your computer.

If any of the methods didn’t work so you need to consult your issue with Microsoft support. They will help you to find the reliable solution to your problem.

Before processing the above mentioned solution make sure with these points.

First, make sure that all the required updates have been installed for your current version of Windows. Users generally get these issues as still there are many pending updates which must be updated before you are progressing to update to a newer version otherwise you will face issues.

Second, retry the windows installation work by restarting the computer.

If you’re still having trouble, you can try using the Media Creation Tool to create a bootable USB drive or DVD and then use that to install Windows 10. After following these steps your windows 10 installation will begin & if it doesn’t work so uninstall the previous windows 10 files & again install it.

This will erase everything on your hard drive, so make sure you have backups of all your important files before proceeding.
