GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming Announced

GIGABYTE has announced their fastest GTX 1080, the GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming. This GPU features a beefy VRM and PCB along with the highest factory-overclock speeds. Whats unique about this card is that it is using GIGABYTE’s new cooling solution, the Windforce Stack 3X cooling system. This cooler features 3 fans, the middle one is beneath the other two fans on the sides. According to GIGABYTE, this arrangement helps maximizing air flow to the heatsink.

The GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming requires 2x 8-PIN PCIe connectors to work. It also features a cool-looking back-plate with orange accents. It also features RGB LEDs like almost every other 1080s. Inside the box, the GIGABYTE GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming is no slouch, it comes with a number of useful accessories such as a 2U-Spaced High Bandwidth SLI Bridge, a 5.25 inch front-panel bay that gives you 2x HDMI 2.0b ports and 2x USB 3.0 ports connected to the motherboard header.

GIGABYTE is giving a astonishing 4-year warranty with the Xtreme Gaming GTX 1080, however, it does require online registration. No details about the pricing were revealed.
