Pokémon Go is one of the most viral games in the world right now. Pokémon Go is developed by Niantic, Inc. and published by The Pokémon Company. The game got downloaded millions of times already, even though it hasn’t gone global. Nintendo, the company that owns “some of” Niantic and The Pokémon Company, got its market value almost doubled after the release of Pokémon Go.
Pokémon Go Coming to Asia in Just a Few Days
The game is currently available in the US, New Zealand and Australia. The game will be coming to Europe soon, that’s the next target of the developers. However. due to huge number of active players, Pokémon Go is facing difficulties. So, to address the server issues and other problems, Niantic has paused the release of the game and they’re addressing the issues now.
The Asian fans of the famous game are not able to download it using App Store or Google Play Store. Niantic’s CEO, John Hanke said that the players have to wait for the release until the company is sure that there won’t be any technical issues such as overloaded servers and connectivity problems. Handling so many players is a difficult task.
Many Android users are downloading the .apk file of the game from third-party websites and enjoy it. However, this is not recommended as the recent third-party .apk files of the game contain malware. While on the other hand, iOS users just make an American account on the App Store and download the game.
So there you have it, Asian fans have to wait for a few more days until Niantic address the issues with the servers. They will begin the launching process of the game once the problems are fixed. And that saves everyone from bugs that current-playing users are experiencing.
