As we all know that the Galaxy Note 7 is no more, we can all now focus on the upcoming Galaxy S8. Samsung is going to step over the Note 7 situation and focus on developing the Galaxy S8 perfectly. According to various reports, the Samsung is going to announce the Galaxy S8 sooner than expected, due to the Note 7 situation.
Other sources and insiders also suggest that Samsung is going to unveil the Galaxy S8 on February 26, 2016. If this release date is true and the Galaxy S8 turns out to be great, Samsung will gain their position back in the smartphone market.
According to many rumors and leaks, Samsung is going to launch two variants of the Galaxy S8. One variant will have a 5.1-inch display and the other variant will have a large “phablet-sized” display which could have a resolution 3840×2160 (4K). Info from insiders suggests that the Galaxy S8 phablet will trigger 4K resolution in some situations only, much like the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium.
