A new trailer of Alejandro González Iñárritu’s upcoming film Bardo: False Chronicle of a Handful of Truths is out on Netflix. The movie is set to release in theatres on November 18, 2022. The film is subject to big change –it’s now the film has also had a pretty big change too–it’s now shaved by 22 minutes which brings its period to two hours and 32 minutes in length, that too without credits.
The storyline of Bordo consists of a fictitious Mexican journalist and documentary filmmaker ‘Silverio’ who returns to his home country after receiving a prestigious international award. It describes the journey of Silverio, struggling with his identity.
Many instances of his journey like water filling up a train, while the passengers seemed not to care, People collapsing in the street, and A woman taking her top off and revealing fried egg yolks covering her nipples are shown at a glimpse. The newest trailer is unlikely to tell you any of that at length making it difficult for people to connect the dots. The lead role of Silverio is played by Daniel Giménez Cacho. Silverio fights with his memories and fear to stop them from overpowering his present and making it remorseful.

though explained in an easy format. not everyone has the same potential to understand the plot and the storyline. The movie might be difficult for some to understand but it is likely to get audience love and appreciation, paving way for Alejandro G. Iñárritu to grab another academy award. Audiences still know very little about the movie, but it appears to be more cerebral than the director’s past works, which often grappled with issues of identity and the line between reality and fantasy—in particular, with the similarly titled Birdman
The film sits at 55% critics rating presently marking itself up to the rank of rotten tomatoes. No exception, it has also been subject to the critics of the people. But the director of the movie Alejandro G. Iñárritu seems to be unaffected. he refused to have critics.
