Early Life
Aaron Boone, a famous public figure who started his career as a baseball player and now works as a manager for the New York Yankees.
La Mesa, a place in California was his birthplace where in his childhood he started playing baseball at Junipero Serra High School. Born on 9 March 1973 in California.
Education
For his higher education, he chose the University of Southern California, where he played baseball for the Trojans. After years of hard work in 1994, he was picked by the Cincinnati Reds and debuted in baseball. till 2003 he played for Cincinnati Reds.
In later years he played for New York Yankees and Cleveland Indians. With New York Yankees won the world series too in 2009.
In Game 7 of the 2003 American League Championship Series, Boone hit a walk-off home run off Boston Red Sox pitcher Tim Wakefield to send the Yankees to the World Series. In the same year, Boone was suffering from a knee injury too.
Broadcasting Career
Boone retired from playing baseball in 2009 and transitioned into broadcasting. He worked as an analyst for ESPN from 2010 to 2017 before being hired as the manager of the Yankees in 2018.
Boone and Laura Cover have three children together: two sons named Jacob and Benjamin, and a daughter named Bella. He married Laura Cover and both are blessed with 3 children.
After his playing career, Boone became a television analyst for ESPN. The year 2017 brought him another new opportunity and was approached for the manager of the Yankees and he accepted it.
He led them to the American League pennant in his first season as manager. Her wife is a model as well as an actor. Laura also has her line of clothing called “LC by Laura Cover.”
His father, Bob Boone, was also a former MLB catcher and his grandfather, Ray Boone, played in the league as well. After being drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in 1994,
Aaron spent 12 seasons playing for various teams including the Reds, Yankees, Cleveland Indians, and Florida Marlins before retiring from the sport in 2009. At the end of 2002, he married Laura Cover. She is a model and a well-reputed actress in Hollywood.
Also, she appeared in many magazines and films too for her role. The couple has three children together. Boone began his coaching career with the Yankees organization in 2010.
He served as an assistant coach for their Triple-A affiliate before being promoted to the big league club in December 2012.
