With only a few days until the release of the new movie, it remains to be seen whether or not Cameron can salvage his disappointing franchise. Hopefully, The Way of Water will be more than just an excuse for eye-popping visuals and special effects—it needs to have a compelling story to go with it. Only time will tell if the film can make good on its promise.
