Manga is graphic novel originating from Japan about both comics and cartooning and the word is typically used to refer to comics originally published in the country.
The Ruri Dragon manga is written by Masaoki Shindo depicting the story of a young dragon girl being lazy, doing her best yet being lazy again. The genre of the series is Comedy, Fantasy, Monster, and slice-of-life manga with original language Japanese translated to English.
Ruri is a regular school girl with regular teenage problems though there is a transition when she wakes up with horns and later there is a reveal that her father is a dragon, exposing her as half-human and half-dragon.
Ruri Dragon humor is a well-recognized matter. The first chapter alone got more amazing reviews than some of Jump’s other comedy manga. The acceptance that Ruri has horns, the dead-faced teacher, and the way Ruri reacts to everyone around her is something to be learned from about self-acceptance. The comedy and artwork made this series a bigger hit with a lot of potentials.
Eventually, Aoki’s mom convinced her to go to school. Yuka was glad to see her with an afraid feeling to go to school as she believed everyone would have known her identity.
Everyone believed Aoki was a bio-organic weapon or a time traveler so they started behaving differently when Aoki and Yuka arrived at the school where she had to reveal her true identity.
In the fourth chapter, Ruri will reveal her true identity. Her classmate will be aware of her half-dragon and half-human nature and wonder about the possibilities with the cultural festival starting.
The series was originally released in August 2021. Ruri Dragon Chapter 4 will release on July 3, 2022, currently being one of the most trending series ranking 14234th, it has 265 monthly / 4.5K total views which is an achievement for a new series.
