Lookism :
It is a South Korean webtoon that is written by Park Tae-Joon that was first published online weekly on Naver WEBTOON in November 2014. The story portrays a life of a high school student who can switch between two bodies—one that is fat and ugly, and the other that is fit and handsome with a motive to fit in.
Though being constantly bullied, looked down and harassed every day, he often takes out his anger verbally on his mother and soon asks for a school transfer. Constantly in the urge to run away from his current problems and to start fresh, he moves to Seoul alone and plans to attend a new high school.
The unpredictable twist follows as a few nights before he begins school he obtained a new body that is tall, muscular, and extremely handsome which took a steep turn. Transition took place when one body is in use, the other falls asleep and eventually he is able to switch between the bodies by waking up the sleeping body.

In the series his days are always split between the two bodies, his handsome form for the daytime and the original for the night bringing out the dual mechanism. In the series as Daniel lives his life with his two bodies simultaneously he begins to see just how much the world discriminates against people for being unattractive or different bring the name of the series as “Lookism”.
Jace Park is a student of the Architecture Department and is the number two of the Burn Knuckles and childhood friend of Vasco who helped Vasco overcome his aichmophobia and even got a tattoo that said “My Hero ET” as it stands for Eun Tae.
Vasco has the reputation of being a Robin Hood as he stands up for the weak and bullied. He is represented as one of the strongest characters in the series and is shown as the leader of the loyal gang and also the childhood friend of Jace Park being inspired by real-life K-rapper.
Mira Kim is from the Fashion Department being a compassionate and patient person who is very observant when it comes to human emotions while disliking fighting and believes there are better ways to solve problems. She is also the childhood friend of Johan Seong and Zack Lee though being in love with her, but she never exactly reciprocated either of their feelings leaving them a little heart broken.
Lookism Chapter 409 release date is set on 11 August, 2022 in stores to be scanned on the internet 2 to 3 days before the spoilers.
