Samsung has already released the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 and One UI 4.1 updates to several devices. The brand-new Android 13 operating system was unveiled at Google’s I/O 2022 event on May 11.
The upcoming One UI 5.0 custom skin from Samsung is based on Android 13. The new update policy from Samsung includes five years of security updates for some devices and four significant Android upgrades. Let’s look at the One UI 5 release date and eligible devices in more detail now.
One UI 5 Update Tracker
Samsung releases the stable One UI 5 update with the build number Xx06BXXU2BVK4 on November 15 for the Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8 Plus, and Tab S8 Ultra. Additionally, it includes the November 2022 Android security updates. The update is also available to owners of the Galaxy M32 5G and Galaxy M52 5G in numerous regions. The software version for M32 is M326BDDU4CVK1, and for M52 5G it is M526B[R]XXU1CVJ7.
November 11
Samsung released the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4’s stable One UI 5 update in the US. For the time being, the update is rolling out to unlocked versions. For users who signed up for the beta program, the stable build is currently available.
November 10
Stable One UI 5 Update will be available for Samsung Galaxy A73 and A33. Malaysian users can update their A73 5G devices using firmware version A736BXXU2BVK2. With firmware version A336BXXU4BVJG, the A33 5G upgrade is accessible in Europe.
November 9
The One UI 5 stable deployment list is being significantly enlarged by Samsung as of November 9. The first mid-range Galaxy A53 is now on the list. The security update for October 2022 is contained in build A536BXXU4BVJG. The stable build for the A53 is already accessible in the Netherlands and will soon be made available throughout all of Europe.

Users of the Galaxy S22 in the US are now receiving seeds from Samsung for the One UI 5 firmware update with the S90xU1UEU2BVJA version. The Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra carrier-unlocked models are compatible with the update. The most recent firmware includes the October security patch as well.
October 29
For the Galaxy S21 FE, Samsung will probably release One UI 5 in November 2022. Test builds have already started to appear online.
October 26
Through its South Korean Members app, Samsung released the One UI 5 stable release roadmap for Galaxy devices.
October 24
Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra owners in Europe and Asia have begun receiving a stable build of One UI 5 after months of beta testing. Firmware version S908BXXU2BVJA/S908EXXU2BVJA is included with the update. Interested users can select “download” or “install” by going to Settings > Software Update. Both the Exynos and Snapdragon versions of the S22 lineup support the stable build.

You can register for the third One UI 5 beta program through the Samsung Members app if you own a Samsung Galaxy S21 model there and want to test out the early build. Additionally, users of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 now have access to Samsung’s beta program.
