The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is going to have a less-powerful battery as compared to the Galaxy S7 Edge. While both handsets are having similar designs, the Note 7 has a slightly bigger screen. According to some recent reports, the new Note 7 will have a 3500mAh battery. If we compare this to the S7 Edge, it is a 100mAh less.
Samsung Galaxy Note 7 To Feature Smaller Battery Than Galaxy S7 Edge
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a 3020mAh battery so we can say that the new Note 7 is going to have more battery size than its predecessor. Many people appreciate the improvement from the last generation but still some people believe that with the size of the Note 7, it should have a bigger battery than the S7 Edge.

According to some latest leaked specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is going to feature quite high-end specifications. The phablet will be powered by the highest performing Exynos or Snapdragon chipset along with a whopping 4GB or 6GB of RAM. Also, according to some latest leaked photos, the Galaxy Note 7 is not going to have a dual-curved display like the S7 Edge. The Note 7 is going to feature some great functions too, such as being able to charge up to 50% in only 20 minutes. The Galaxy Note 7 is also going to feature a 3.5mm headphone jack alongside the USB Type-C port. It will feature a Quad-HD Super AMOLED display which will probably be very good as Samsung smartphones are known to have great displays. The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will also feature an Iris scanner and the signature feature of the Note series devices, the S-Pen.
More details of the Galaxy Note 7 will be revealed in August 2016. Some reports also say that the phone may start getting produced in August.
