So now as the first step of finding leads, one can get leads even if one does not own the Greymoor chapter and two skill lines but one cannot use the leads without the Antiquities features, scrying, and excavation. Once one finds all the leads, head to the appropriate zone and excavate their fragments and at last, the mora whispers mythic item will appear in their inventory.
