Enola Holmes 2 on Netflix: Date of possible release, cast and everything you need to know
Enola Holmes 2 should be approaching, as the Netflix sequel began recording back in October 2021, after being officially confirmed earlier that year. It has been announced that both Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill will return as Enola and Sherlock Holmes, respectively, with author Jack Thorne and director Harry Bradbeer also returning.

Although the sequel has been certified by Netflix for a long time, we do not yet have a confirmed release date for Enola Holmes 2. As mentioned above, the sequel began recording in October 2021 and in late November, Cavill announced that he had completed his final day set. In January 2022, Netflix confirmed that the recording was complete on Enola Holmes 2. It looks like the sequel could hit Netflix in September 2022, as the first film also had a successful autumnal debut.
The cast of Enola Holmes 2: Who will return to Enola Holmes 2?
Millie Bobby Brown will return as Enola Holmes as Brown told EW he “loved her” when he made his first movie. During the TFUM Netflix event in September 2021, Louis Partridge confirmed his return as Tewkesbury. She will be on her own although Helena Bonham Carter, Adeel Akhtar and Susan Wokoma have returned as Eudoria Holmes, Westrade and Edith, respectively.
There are a number of newcomers joining the exciting series: Sharon Duncan-Brewster, David Thewlis, Hannah Dodd, Abbie Hern, Gabriel Tierney and Serrana Su-Ling Bliss. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.
