Earl Boen, Veteran Character Actor and ‘terminator’ Regular, Dies at 81, Cause of Death Explained!

Earl Boen, a seasoned actor most remembered for his work on The Terminator movie series, has expired at the age of 81. According to his relatives, the actor passed away on January 5 in Hawaii. In the fall of 2022, he received a stage four lung cancer diagnosis.

Boen, who was born in 1941, first appeared in theatrical productions in the mid-1950s. After that, he relocated to Hollywood where he appeared in several movies, including Living Italian Nation, Peril, Marked for Death, The Prince, Sioux City, Battle Beyond the Stars, My Stepmother Is an Alien, The Main Event, To Be or Not to Be, Touch and Go, Movers & Shakers, and Stewardess School.

He played Rev. Lloyd Meechum in the 1980s NBC television series Mama’s Family. A Man Called Sloane, Great Performances, Hawaii Five-O, Wonder Woman, Police Woman, The Dukes of Hazzard, The Streets of San Francisco, and Soap were among the numerous shows in which he made cameos.

The Golden Girls, It’s a Living, Fantasy Island, The Golden Palace, Seinfeld, The Wonder Years, Three’s Company, The Taming of the Shrew, King’s Crossing, Antony and Cleopatra, and Last of the Good Guys are among just a few of his other television roles.

Boen also enjoyed success as a voice actor, portraying characters such as Mr. Bleakman in Clifford the Big Red Dog, Captain LeChuck in the video game Monkey Island, as well as Senior Senior Sr. in Kim Possible.
