On the other hand, with M1 Ultra you will get a 20-core CPU, 64-core GPU, 128 GB unified memory, and 800GB/S bandwidth.

2. M1 mini:

M1 mini is Apple’s latest upgraded desktop for users. Apple launched this desktop in November 2020. Apple has used its own M1 silicon chip in this desktop as hardware. With the M1 mini, you will get an 8-core CPU and an 8-core GPU.  M1 mini also has 256 GB SSD storage and 8 GB ram for heavy usage. You can upgrade 256 GB to 512 Gb if you need.

3. i7 mini:

i7 mini has a 6-core intel core i5 processor along with a 4.1GHz 9MB shared L3 cache. You will also get 8 GB(266MHz DDR4 SO-DIMM memory) and also up to 2 TB SSD for storage. For graphics, the i7 mini has 630 Intel UHD Graphics.

Let’s start comparing MacBook studio, M1 mac mini, and i7 min in terms of video and photo editing.

If you look at i7 mini, you need to have patience as it takes plenty of time to transit a 4k HVAC video. Therefore, the M1 Macbook mini takes less than 10 minutes for the same task. And Macbook Studio works faster than these two as it only takes 3 minutes for the same task.

i7 mini is more expensive than the M1 mini but M1 does editing faster than i7. So M1 mini is more budget-friendly for users.

Though Macbook Studio costs more than these two but as it offers more quality features soi price is worth it.

Apple’s usage of M1 chip silicon chip in its new desktop devices is faster compared to Intel graphics. M1 works very fast compared to Intel’s graphics processor. And the M1 processor doesn’t make noises so if you are a live streamer then the M1 mini is perfect for you.

If you are transferring 4k HD video then the i7 mini takes more than 2 hours which is very slow for many users. On the other hand, Macbook Studio takes nearly a few minutes to complete the task. Though M1 mini takes more time but compared to i7 the time is less.
