“Frasier” don’t know how many of you have heard about this sitcom as it’s quite old but if you are from America so surely you have heard about it and still alive in people’s hearts.
Achievements by “Frasier” series.
It was first aired on 16 September 1993 to 13 May 2004 last. A 10 long year series how can anyone forget it as it achieved a lot of achievement in which 37 Primetime Emmy Awards are also included and Emmy award for the Outstanding Comedy series also goes to it not only one time but consecutively for 5 years. Also the main character got 4 emmy awards for excellent execution of his role. Amazing achievement by a series which consists of only 11 seasons.
But still we know that the maximum number of Emmy Awards won by any series in the comedy genre is a one released in 1975 named as “Saturday Night Live” or popularly known as SNL, consisting of 48 seasons and longest one.Total awards won by SNL is 82 which is still a record and difficult to break.
After almost 18 years we are going to have another sequel of Frasier but the sad part was that it’s not possible to cast old characters which are the soul of this series.But the good news was that Kelsey Grammer, now he is 67 years old is back in this series. He first came forward and insisted that he will be happy if somehow the next sequel of Frasier came forward in 2018.
Later it was officially announced the comeback of Frasier as Kelsey Grammer is going to play the role of snooty psychiatrist as he played before but the rest of the team cast is changed as to finish and release the show on deadline. For that they cast new characters and maybe in the show we will see the guest appearance of these characters.
Updates on Season 12 of “Frasier”
Currently we didn’t know about the plot just a few things: first Frasier is going to follow a new city with new characters. This series will focus on the new beginning of Frasier in a new city. Currently it was not confirmed about the number of episodes as most of the details are not revealed by the Frasier team members.
It was predicted that it could be 10. As we know last Frasier was created by late David Angell, Peter Casey, and David Lee at that time too Grammer is the producer of this series.and produced by Grammer’s Grammer Produced it and this time also Grammer will produced it but this time the revival of Frasier was by the writers Chris Harris popularly known for series “How i met your mother” and Joe Cristalli known for “Life in Pieces”.
