The couple that sought protection from Ezra Miller dropped their request two weeks later.
The Hawaii residents who filed a temporary restraining order against the 29-year-old Justice League and Fantastic Beasts star last month claim he harassed them and threatened to harm them on camera if they didn’t do what he wanted, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. They also cited an incident where his assistant allegedly assaulted one of these people after being refused access into another person’s home as evidence for why they need this type of protective measure now more than ever before.”
According to the Associated Press, a judge has dismissed allegations that William Dean and his withholders sought an order of protection against him. The temporary restraining order was granted per their request in court today after some tense moments with opposing counsel present but it is now gone as they requested earlier this week when filing papers on Monday afternoon according to All Things Legal who was also present during proceedings throughout yesterday evening until late night hours
Miller threatened the male victim with being buried and having his wife labeled as a slut, according to an initial complaint filed by the couple. The document claimed Miller stole some of their personal belongings including social security cards – even though he is not related or married into either family!
Miller had been staying at the couple’s home while in Hawaii, Radar reported. One of them met Miller at a farmer’s market and bail him out on a $500 bond following his arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment over two incidents that happened back then too! It just so happens they were both able to get leverage from this incident because now we know how well behaved he can be when not drinking alcohol or taking drugs – which makes sense since most actors do their best work without any stimulation whatsoever (just saying).
The Hawaii Police Department has confirmed that actor Jason Miller was arrested early March 28 and charged with Disorderly Conduct after disturbances at the Hilo karaoke bar. He is reported to have gotten “agitated” by people singing karaoke, then used derogatory language towards them before officers arrived on the scene.”
Miller began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke, before lunging towards a 32-year-old man playing darts. The bar owner asked him to calm down several times but it didn’t help; eventually, police were called because they were concerned for public safety.”
Miller is back for more! The actor, who played Credence Barebone in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Themself again but this time as DC’s newest superhero The Flash. He also starred opposite Anne Hathaway when they were filming their roles opposite each other way back during the first two movies’ production periods – though you may know him better from elsewhere if your favorite movie isn’t listed here then please let me say hello anyways because I love every single one of them equally
It should be noted that despite being set up earlier than expected following an official delay announcement last month which pushed its release date from December 19th onto January 9th, 2019
