When a bit bomb goes off when the Digimons are playing in Kiyo’s room, Kiyo loses consciousness and enters a place that exists somewhere between the afterlife and the physical world. He overhears rumors of a Digimon requesting him to be his friend while he was in that domain. Kiyo keeps hearing those voices after he wakes up, and he worries that he might be ill. He learns through Mummymon that he had a transitional existence between this world and the hereafter.
The Digimon from the afterlife strikes Kiyo via a truck while they are returning to the hostel, almost killing him. The whispers the Kiyo have been hearing are later shown to be coming from a Digimon by the name of Sepikmon. Kiyo is forced to die by Sepikmon for them to remain friends in the afterlife. Jellymon, however, enters the world using Mummymom’s medication to save Kiyo. After taking down Sepikmon, she returns Kiyo and Sepikmon to reality.
As I previously stated, Digimon Ghost Game Episode 34, which stars our key protagonists Hiro and Gammamon, will return. The Digimon Ghost Game Episode 34 promo conveyed the same impression as the previous episode’s preview, which had Kiyo being pursued by the dead spirit Digimon “Sepikmon.” The Digimon Ghost Game Episode 34 is titled “Wall Crawlers” and it undoubtedly introduces a new Digimon.
It is chasing after our main characters, as we saw in the trailer.
