Even though Kaidou and Big Mom’s defeat signals the conclusion of the Wano Arc, many unanswered questions remain, like what happened to Kaidou and whether or not he is still alive. The series is not currently giving them much attention. Since the focus would change to the next individual after a victory.
There haven’t been many of them since this tendency began following the defeat of the Tobiroppo. All we know is that they were probably still imprisoned in Kaidou’s mansion after their defeat. However, we have not seen a single one of them.
However, in the most recent chapter of the manga, we saw Admiral Ryokugyu capture the King and Queen, so that would probably be the last of them. Most of the defeated big names are there, where Ryokugyu was in the destroyed Onigashima mansion. It’s unclear which of them made a full recovery. But when the manga resumes after its one-month sabbatical, we’ll probably get updates.
Even though we have already witnessed Ryokugyu assimilating King and Queen, we are still unsure of what he is currently up to. Ryokugyu’s abilities are still a mystery to us because we don’t understand how they function.
For the time being, however, we do know that they are at the very least plant-based and that he can use them to absorb substances, as we observed when he did it to a barrel of sake. Later, he made plans to do the same to the King and Queen.
We still don’t know much about Kaidou or the possible events that could be taking place. So let’s examine his final manga appearance in greater detail.

What became of Kaido?The defeat of Kaidou and his final appearance are comparable to what happened to Jack in Zou. We all believed that Jack’s life was over when Zunesha threw him unconscious and deep into the water.
But when he reappeared the next time, he appeared to be in good health. Due to his devil fruit powers, which prevented him from swimming, someone must have saved him.
Similar circumstances now exist for Kaidou, who was pushed to the ground by Luffy and descended so far that he eventually reached the volcanic chambers. We are unable to be certain of what occurred to him afterward, though, because we still don’t understand much about Wano and its morphology. The Zoan-type devil fruit users appear to be resilient and hardy, which is what we can infer from Jack’s defeat after he fell into the ocean.
Before someone came to rescue him, Jack spent a considerable amount of time submerged in the water. He might have benefited a little, though, by the fact that he is also a Fishman, as being submerged does not necessarily exclude the use of one’s gills for breathing.
