The People’s Choice Awards for 2021 are finally here! That’s right, the biggest pop culture event of the year took place live tonight from Santa Monica’s Barker Hangar, hosted by PCAs nominee, actor, and comedian Kenan Thompson.

The People’s Choice Awards, hosted by “Saturday Night Live” routine Kenan Thompson, honor the year’s best productions in entertainment and pop culture. Which Awards Did BTS Win in PCA 2021?
BTS was nominated for Group of the Year 2021, Song of the Year 2021, and Music Video of the Year 2021.
BTS received four nominations for three awards this year, including The Group of 2021, The Song of 2021 (for their smash hit “Butter”), and The Music Video of 2021. The music videos for BTS’s “Butter” and Coldplay’s collab single “My Universe” have both been nominated for The Music Video of 2021.
BTS ended up winning all three awards at last year’s 2020 People’s Choice Awards.
The South Korean pop group won the group of 2021, as well as the song and music video of the year for their smash “Butter.”
Pop Highlights PCA 2021
Olivia Rodrigo won two awards: album of the year 2021 (Sour) and new artist of the year 2021. Adele was named the female artist of 2021, while Lil Nas X was named the male artist of 2021. Bad Bunny was named Latin Artist of the year in 2021.
Christina Aguilera, H.E.R., and Blake Shelton performed at the fan-voted awards show. Aguilera was named a music icon and celebrated by performing a medley of her hits. Later in the show, H.E.R. paid tribute to Motown legend Marvin Gaye, and Shelton performed “Come Back As a Country Boy” before accepting the award for country artist of the year in 2021.
