This week, Outright Games introduces a major game based on the popular Ryan’s World YouTube series, Ryan’s Rescue Squad. Evolved by Stage Clear Studios, Race with Ryan is the sequel to the racing video game that was released in 2019.
In Ryan’s Rescue Squad, the titular character’s BFFs have been abducted by a group of villains named Robo Combo, Dark Titan, and Packrat. This time around, Red Titan Ryan will be on the hunt for his companions, who are in grave danger. The release date for Ryan’s Rescue Squad is March 4, 2022, on Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
The latest teaser for Ryan’s Rescue Squad got released yesterday that recounts the story and demonstrates a few of the gameplay, which is similar to the classic Mario games. Surprise eggs will be utilized to unlock new store items in the game, which includes treasures like sun coins. Playable characters include Gill’s Barrels, Peck’s Slime, a giant Shelldon, and those who can aid Ryan.
As the game progresses, players will come across them and liberate them from various locales. Additional options include playing as Ryan or one of several other characters, such as Alpha Lexa, Gus the Gummy Gator, and Combo Panda. Various alien helmets, gamer clothing, and more can be found or purchased in the game by players.
In local two-player mode, users can also invite a buddy or another gamer to join Ryan’s Rescue Squad. Many mini-games are available for players to play together, including the Floor Is Lava, Spaceship Flight, and more.
Many more video games, including those centered on children’s properties, have been published by Outright Games. Some of the major titles include PAW Patrol: On a Roll, Peppa Pig, The Addams Family: Mansion Mayhem, and Blaze and the Monster Machines Axle City Racers.
The upcoming Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace is also being developed by the same developer. The game allows players to assume the roles of Krypto and Ace as they protect Metropolis from harm, and it is scheduled to be released in Spring 2022.
