Caitlyn Jenner is reminiscing about her time on Keeping Up With The Kardashians after learning she was not invited to the family’s new Hulu series, The Kardashians.
Kris Jenner, Caitlyn’s ex-wife, revealed to Variety that the 72-year-old isn’t part of the show, which will see the Kardashian-Jenner ladies divide a large nine-figure income.
From the first season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which began on E! in October 2007, through 2015, Caitlyn was a regular on the show.
Kris and TV presenter and producer Ryan Seacrest created the reality programme, which tracked the lives of Kris’ family, which included Caitlyn – then Bruce – and their children.
Viewers witnessed her 22-year marriage to Kris come to an end, as well as her courageous choice to come out as transgender.
While some fans may miss Caitlyn’s appearance on the programme, they will still be able to keep up with the Kardashian-Jenner family and their tumultuous connection! Travis Barker, Kourtney’s current fiancé, and Scott Disick, Kourtney’s previous longtime lover, are both expected to appear in the programme, though the latter’s role is said to be minor.
Kanye West, who has recently had a falling out with Kim and her fiancé Pete Davidson, has also taped some sequences.
Caitlyn Jenner is “overjoyed” that her family will be able to carry on her reality TV heritage with “The Kardashians,” her new Hulu show.
The 72-year-old Olympic gold medalist posted Variety’s new cover article on his ex-wife Kris Jenner and ex-stepdaughters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, and Khloé Kardashian, who allegedly inked a nine-figure deal with the streaming service, on Twitter on Thursday.
“I was there from the beginning,” Caitlyn said, adding that she “will not feature” in the new series, according to Variety.
“I grew up with him.” And doing “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” for over 20 seasons was “one of the joys of my life,” he said.
After 23 years of marriage and two kids of their own, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, the former couple split in 2014.
Despite her family’s complete support, the couple’s relationship fell apart just as Caitlyn was beginning to mature as a woman.
However, a split developed between Caitlyn, her former stepdaughters, and Kris’ ex-wife after the retired decathlete wrote her memoir, “The Secrets of My Life,” in 2017 and allegedly badmouthed him.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Caitlyn’s kids, will also appear in the upcoming Hulu programme.
Months later, it was announced that the Kardashians will return to reality television in a new programme called The Kardashians, which would air on Hulu.
Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kendall Jenner are all scheduled to star in the next series, which has a ‘documentary feel’ to it.
According to Variety, the ladies will divide a nine-figure payment, which Kris and Khloe discussed briefly in their recent interview with the outlet.
