Titan Comics’ manga label, Titan Manga, in collaboration with Stoneboat Studios, will be responsible for the distribution of the newly localized series throughout the North American continent. The popular live-action tokusatsu show of the same title was the first broadcast in Japan in the year 2000, marking the beginning of the Heisei era for the Kuuga franchise. The Kuuga manga is an adaptation of the show.

Toshiki Inoue, a franchise veteran who wrote numerous episodes of the original Kuuga TV show and has also worked on several other entries in the series, including Kamen Rider Agito, Kamen Rider Decade, and most recently, 2018’s Kamen Rider Zi-O, penned the manga adaptation, which features art by Hitotsu Yokoshima and was written by Toshiki Inoue. Hitotsu Yokoshima is the author of the manga adaptation. Shotaro Ishinomori, the man who came up with the idea for the franchise in the first place, is credited with creating the initial story concept for the manga.
