Microsoft has long touted how Xbox and PC gamers will join forces to destroy the battlefield through Microsoft’s Play Anywhere program. Thankfully, Gears Of War 4 has been well received by many gamers after its launch.
Recently, The Coalition, confirmed that Gears of War 4 will start its testing of Crossplay multiplayer tomorrow ( 2nd December, 2016) until the weekend ends (5th December, 2016). Here’s the configuration you’ll need to apply to join a match:
Playlist Type: Social
Modes: Team Deathmatch, Dodgeball, King of the Hill
Maps: All (including Checkout and Dry Dock)
Win XP: 1500 (up from 600)
Loss XP: 750 (up from 100)
Maximum Squad Size: 5
The Coalition also mentions that they need the data and feedback to improve the game before the feature actually launches. They are really trying to make the game as fair as possible and possibly give a bloodbath to both sides. It will be amazing and should show the potential of how well PC and Xbox gamers cope with each another in the game. So if you want to try it out or haven’t even tried it out and have some suggestions, you could nail them down here on the official Gears Of War Forum.
