OnePlus is yet to introduce a new successor to their OnePlus 5 and 5T. The company managed to pull their socks together with the launch of the OnePlus 5T by introducing an 18:9 display to keep up with the norm.
10 months later, the Chinese-based company is about to release the successors to their OnePlus 5 and 5T bringing up-to-date internals, new features a delightful notch (That is, if you love them!). The OnePlus 6 is expected to pack a Snapdragon 845 SoC, 6/8GB of RAM an 18:9 FHD display and a slew of improvements in the Face Unlock feature that OnePlus debuted with the 5T. OnePlus has confirmed that the OnePlus 6 would be unveiled in London on the 19th of May.
As usual, the launch event would be live streamed as well as would give users the option to visit the launch in person. Based off of what OnePlus has announced, people who visit the launch event in person would be charged 30 GBP / US $41. Not only would you get to see the OnePlus event in-person, but would be among the first to experience what OnePlus has to offer with the OnePlus 6.
Regarding pricing, we should be expecting OnePlus to launch the OnePlus 6 at around US $500. Based off of how OnePlus has dealt with pricing in the past, the prices have only been increasing.
