You can expect spoilers below if you haven’t seen the first season of Superman & Lois, which is a fresh take on Clark Kent’s (Tyler Hoechlin) relationship with Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch).
Thousands of fans have been eager to find out what happens to Lois and John after season one concluded with a bombshell as Natalie, the daughter of another version of Lois crashed at the Kent farm. Incredibly, Natalie was shocked to see her mother standing next to the guy who was accused of killing her.
The current trailer gives fans some clues as to how massive influence Natalie is expected to have in season two. Clark and Lois’ relationship troubles after Natalie’s arrival are revealed in this one-minute clip.
“Things haven’t been okay for months, and I have been blaming you,” Lane tells Kent.
The teaser also hints that Clark may have a difficult time as a superhero, with tensions rising between him and his new Department of Defense liaison, Lt. Mitch Anderson (Ian Bohen). Also, if you haven’t streamed the first season yet, you can catch up on the events of season 1 on BBC iPlayer.

Superman & Lois Season 2 Release Date
Season 2 of Superman & Lois will premiere on The CW in the United States on January 11, 2022. A UK launch date has yet to be announced, but we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as it is.
We anticipate a long wait for the second season, given that season 1 was only recently uploaded in its entirety on BBC iPlayer and aired weekly on BBC One in the United Kingdom.

Superman & Lois season 2 cast

Meanwhile, Superman and Lois’ son Jonathan Kent will be played by Jordan Elsass, with Alex Garfin making his return as his super-powered sibling Jordan Kent. Emmanuelle Chriqui will return as Clark’s buddy Lana Lang-Cushing, with Erik Valdez reprising his part as her spouse Kyle Cushing and Inde Navarrette resuming her character as her daughter Sarah Cushing. General Sam Lane, Lois’ father, will be played by Dylan Walsh.
Wole Parks will again take on the role of The Stranger and Adam Rayner as the sinister Morgan Edge.
This season, Ian Bohen plays Lieutenant Mitch Anderson, who sought to pursue Man of steel under his control, while Jenna Dewan reprises her role as Lois Lane’s sister, Lucy Lane, after her debut in Supergirl.

The first trailer for Superman & Lois has also been released, hinting at friction between Kent and newbie Ian Bohen, who portrays Lt Mitch Anderson, a Department of Defense employee. Anderson attempts to get the man of steel to pledge his loyalty to the United States of America.
Anderson responds, “You’re more of a liability than a hero.”
To this Kent responds: “What you asked for was my allegiance to America… I gave it to the world a long time ago.”
