Fortnite Leaker Drops Details On How New Tactical Sprint Feature Will Function

Last year, there came a report on a contentious new feature that was set to be introduced in Fortnite. Fast forward to the present day, and we now have fresh information on the deployment of this feature, this time from HypeX, a well-known Fortnite leak and insider.

On Twitter, HypeX provided the Fortnite audience with an insight on tactical sprint, that is still expected to be in the game but there is still no information on when precisely this will materialize.

Activating Tactical Sprint increases your running pace solely while traveling downhill, says HypeX. Players must find the right speed to minimize camera wobble in order to gain the most from this new feature; else, it will be a waste of time.

It hasn’t been announced yet whether or not there will be any restrictions, whether they on the number of users allowed to utilize it or its lifespan. However, as it is not stated, it is plausible that neither exists.

We’re afraid that’s all there is to the story. Even if HypeX is a reputable source, you should still use the information presented here with caution. The report will be updated if Epic Games responds to the leak in any way, which is very improbable. Further details on the functionality will be provided if and when HypeX or another reputable Fortnite leaker makes it available.

Fortnite is available to download on mobile devices, Nintendo Switch, PS5, PC, PS4, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One.

What’s new in Fortnight?

At 7 p.m. ET on January 31, 2022, existing Fortnite Crew players will be able to get their hands on the February 2022 Crew Pack. Up your game by sporting Back Bling as well as many other accessories!

Even in the afterlife, Aftermath has it covered with a golden skull and colorful clothing. Select the unmasked, unhooded Style to show off its disco ball-like cranium. The Aftermath Outfit is just a small portion of the event. Emote with the Flatline Back Bling, which reacts to your movements! This Back Bling will pulse while you execute an Emote, adding an added level of attractiveness to your performance.

In addition, the Crew Pack contains a Pickaxe and a Wrap. Use the Rave Digger Pickaxe (as jagged as Aftermath’s spikes) as well as the Glitter n’ Grim Wrap to decorate your weapons.

As usual, feel free to drop a comment or tweet if you have any thoughts or questions about gaming. What do you make of Epic Games’ decision to include a tactical sprint in Fortnite? Do you believe it will have a good or bad effect on the game in the long run? Hit the comments.
