Wordle Today? What is the word? What is the word? What even could be the word coming of five letters which I couldn’t think. How is this so difficult? Well, it’s really not. And supposedly it’s not just the nature of wordle to give anxiety. It’s just too much excitement. The words are entirely simple and mostly all fifth graders are aware of them. So, if you are proceeding ahead with this article, you should realize it’s a spoiler article. And, people are here to look for the answer they never found. So before you proceed, carry on with your own risk. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just the word, it’s wordle.
Wordle 226 Answer | Wordle January 31st, 2022
Well, instead of directly putting ahead the answer, I will elaborate my whole procedure of the game, and now if you are here just for the answer- you can skip all the blabber, however, it’s going to be so much fun. Click here to go to wordle.
Start with A
I started with ‘A’ because that’s what I generally do. It’s already hard to find a suitable word to start with while there’s already just too much anxiety. There are more than a million words waiting to be found. And there are just these six chances, and we don’t even have a clue. So, it’s my ultimate strategy to pick out ‘A’ and start with it.
Be Prompt
Then I run the horses in my mind to go and pick all the words which could possibly start from ‘A’, but there’s a catch, we only need five letters. Am I right? Well, of course, I went with ‘ALOHA.’ Because, why not?
So, it turns out that just in this first guess, I secured myself two letters out of five. Those of you who are new to this, please know that the letters whichever turn green means that you have guessed the right letter at the right place, and whichever turn yellow, means that the letter you guessed belongs to the answer but is in the wrong place.
Don’t think too much
So, moving on- ‘ALOHA’ gave me a sweet ‘L’ and strong ‘H’. Turns out that ‘H’ even was in the right place as well, so much work done, as it turned green. All the letters that turn grey should be avoided in the guesses because they do not belong to the guess anymore. But at times when nothing comes to mind, you can obviously go with one or two grey letters as long as you are using other unused letters in the guess. Chances are you might find your letter/s right.
After ‘ALOHA’ I wondered should ‘L’ come before ‘H’ or after, because it’s yellow, so I have to change its position, But, really ‘HL’ together doesn’t make any sense unless we are in Deutschland. So I decided to stay ahead. And it blew my mind when I tried to figure out what could possibly contain ‘L’ and ‘H’, after all, all the lights were dim including my brain. I generally try to make sense of the letters I have by combining them with the vowels first and withing two guesses, most of them are discarded so it becomes actually easy to figure out.
Turn the Lights On
Then I try to fit in the most used consonants, either in the first place or last. So, at this point, I could think nothing of but ‘WHALE’ but guess what, it couldn’t be as we are messing with the rightly placed ‘H.’
I immediately moved on to turn on the lights of my room, to help me focus more. And, so it happened, I struck a word- ‘MIGHT.’ As I told you, you can play around with wrong guesses cunningly, and it doesn’t have to be right. So, if this wouldn’t have worked, I would have stupidly moved on to ‘RIGHT.’ But ‘RIGHT’ can’t be any right because hello, where is the ‘L?’
Put in some brains
When I put in ‘MIGHT’- wonders heavens- because except ‘M’- all of my letters turned green and I couldn’t be happier as the risk of losing a chance to guess nothing was hanging on my chest like a sword.
However, there is just one little thing left to do, and you might have guessed the answer by now, as well. Haven’t you? And we have been directly putting in the answer a couple of times, above in this article already. Were you able to find it? Comment below.
Here We Go
‘MIGHT’ discarded ‘M’ but accepted ‘IGHT’ and all in the right places, like green. And earlier in our firstmost guess, we had ‘L’ out of ‘ALOHA’ remember? So, all it’s left to do is to replace the ‘M’ from ‘MIGHT’ with ‘L’ to form ‘LIGHT.’
Everyone’s happy? Yes. Do I get a trophy? No. Do I get the satisfaction? Maybe. Do I feel good? Oh, I feel good. So, the answer to wordle 226 is ‘LIGHT’ and if you skipped right to here, you missed all the fun.
